Return Policy

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).   

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a gift card, or a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online using your email address and order ID.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Contact us about your order and the items you want to return. After noticing our staff, you can return the item(s) at your expense via post to our warehouse.

Please be aware original postage costs (if any) will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, returns may take 3-7 business days to reach our warehouse depends on your postal service. Once your return is received, your refund/exchange request will be processed within 2 business days. We’ll send you an email once this process is complete. Please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.  

In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your refund or exchange within 14 working days of posting your parcel to us, and you have checked your tracking details, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team.
